Mark Walker, MD
Dr. Walker was born in Detroit. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Medical Degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine. After completing his OB/GYN residency at the Detroit Medical Center, he and his wife, Dr. Lori Zettell, traveled for a year. They then moved to Marshall in 1995 and started Mansion Street OB/GYN. Dr. Zettell retired in 2002 to stay home to raise their 2 children, who are now grown and living in Ann Arbor. Dr. Bartlett joined the practice in 2002. Dr. Walker specializes in vaginal surgery. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, church activities and going on mission trips to South Africa.

Neysa Bartlett, DO
Dr. Bartlett received her undergraduate degree from University of Michigan-Dearborn with a major in biology and minor in psychology and her Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI. She remained on staff at Botsford as a physician and resident trainer. During that period of time she became board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She also maintains her certification as a clinical assistant professor in the department of Osteopathic surgical specialties at Michigan State. Seeking a location that allowed her to expand her medical abilities she relocated with her three children and husband to Marshall, MI in 2002. Dr. Bartlett joined Dr. Walker in maintaining and building Mansion Street Women’s Health into a premier practice dealing with a variety of women’s issues. Dr. Bartlett takes care of a wide range of obstetrical and gynecologic problems as well as preventative medicine. Dr. Bartlett has also completed extra training in medical weight loss and continues to stay current in this area. She has been running a weight loss program since 2008, which is now named Mansion Street Medical Weight Loss. Most recently, Dr Bartlett obtained her board certification from the American Board of Obesity Medicine in March 2016. She personally consults with and advises numerous female and male patients on various methods of weight reduction and maintenance.

Megan Floyd, CNM
Megan Floyd, CNM was born in Toledo, Ohio as the youngest of fifteen children. She received her RN degree from Mercy College of Ohio in 2012 where she was awarded the Helen Mae Dickman award for clinical excellence. She went on to work as a nurse in both Family Practice and Pediatric office settings, and then as a School Nurse. She went back to school for her Masters Degree as a Certified Nurse Midwife at Frontier Nursing University to fulfill her dream of working with pregnant women. She provides full scope care as a midwife to include obstetric and gynecologic care through the many stages of an individuals life. Her main passion is helping to reduce the primary cesarean section rates. She and her husband Kevin have two children. Outside of work she enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time with her family.

Karissa Hawley, CNM
Karissa Hawley, CNM is originally a native of Kalamazoo. She worked as a nurse for six years, the last three of which were at Oaklawn Hospital in the Emergency Department. In 2010, she and her husband moved to Battle Creek and had their first child. Returning to school to finish her BSN at Western Michigan University, she fell in love with women's health during a clinical rotation and decided to pursue her graduate degree in midwifery. In May 2015, she graduated from the University of Michigan and received the Bonnie Kaye Mallory-Foremand award for clinical excellence. Shortly thereafter, she joined Mansion Street Women's Health and became the first Certified Nurse-Midwife to practice in Marshall. Karissa not only provides care during pregnancy, but also sees women for annual exams, provides surgical assists, and manages contraception and other GYN-related concerns. She and her husband, Brad, have three children and one giant Great Dane. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and knitting.

Emily Thrower, CNM
Emily Thrower, CNM, is Michigan born and raised. In 2008, she graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and began working in Grand Rapids as an Emergency Room RN at the Butterworth and Helen Devos Children’s Hospital. Emily also spent time as a travel nurse in the states of California and Washington. After having her own children under the care of a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), Emily realized her passion for women’s health, pregnancy, and birth. She pursued her Masters of Science in Nursing and graduated in 2018 from Frontier Nursing University. As a CNM, Emily can provide full scope care to women from puberty to postmenopause for all their obstetric and gynecological needs. Emily loves supporting women in their choices and by promoting normal physiologic birth.
